It is meant to be universal and can allow a BMW B48 to work in any chassis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis harness is only guaranteed to work with the BMW B48D \/ B48TU \/ B48B20O1. The engine came in the 2019 to 2024 BMW 330i and similar. Further information can be found in our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/strommotorsports.com\/pages\/b48-faq\" title=\"B48 Swap Guide\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eB48 Swap Guide\u003c\/a\u003e. While the guide is specific to the E46 about 90% of the information is applicable to putting a B48D into anything.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis harness is independent of the Motec ECU\/ Firmware and Tuning\/ Calibration. It is designed to work with the Motec M122 ECU. It can also work with an M142 ECU to allow for the addition of port injection or other custom add ons.
