Shipping policy

Strom Motorsports makes every attempt to ship in-stock items the same day we receive your order excluding weekends. We will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock unless requested by the customer, at which point additional shipping charges may apply.

General Shipping Information

  • Shipments are made from Santa Ana in California
  • UPS shipments are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you order after 3PM PST it is unlikely your order will ship same day although we still do our best. 
  • Time in transit is based on business days only. A Next Day Air shipped on Friday will arrive Monday unless Saturday delivery is chosen (please call us to confirm this, always).
  • In some cases UPS may deliver on Saturday, but it should not be relied on for time-sensitive deliveries.
  • Some items may drop ship from other locations, however you will be alerted and sent multiple tracking numbers
  • If you choose Economy shipping we ship with whoever is cheapest which can include USPS.
  • Shipping address must match billing address if you want a smooth order and expect same day shipping.
  • Shipping Insurance is applied on parts over $1000

International Shipping:

Products are shipped without duties or import fees paid in advance. You are responsible for all country specific customs/duties/Tax/import fees.

Strom sells parts all around the world. Our terms may be subject to change without notice depending on regional and macroeconomic changes. International buyers may incur fees and prices that may differ than our US dollar website/phone app when purchasing in their local currency. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete addresses — or due to refusal of delivery — will incur additional charges. Customers are responsible for: return shipping costs, reshipment fees (if applicable), any customs, duties, or import fees (for international orders)

Refusing to accept delivery does not exempt the customer from these charges. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after refusal, the refund will equal the product cost minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees incurred by Strom.
