Billet Adjustable End Links - E46 / Z4 - 31356780847
Description
These are the ultimate adjustable end links for your E46 and Z4 (2003-2008). Designed to handle the abuse of the track while being compliant for the street, we've added some new features to increase durability and enhance user experience.
All end links are quality made in the USA and are Teflon lined to ensure lifetime lubrication and eliminate looseness and chatter caused by age. Both links have LH/RH studded rod ends they allow length adjustments and high angularity for correct proper anti-roll bar static flat. This makes the sway bar parallel to the ground. Comes with everything needed for installation. We highly recommend using blue Loc-tite on all threaded connections.
WILL MY BMW NEED ADJUSTABLE FRONT SWAY BAR LINKS?
When you lower your car, the sway bar geometry changes making the bar no longer as effective because of the angle it's at, adjustable end links will allow you to bring the sway bar angle back to its effective position and get rid of any unnecessary pre-load.
Features
- Hex design of the middle rod allows for easy on-car adjustments
- Greater adjustment range allows you to dial in the perfect geometry of your suspension
- Sealed ball joints on both ends to keep debris out
Adjustment Range
We offer two versions for the E46 and Z4 chassis. The OEM version will work for cars at the stock ride height and can be used as a direct replacement for the factory end links. Cars that are lowered can benefit from our "Lowered" end links which offer more adjustability to shorten the length. We highly recommend measuring the distance between the end link tab on your struts to the ends of your sway bar to ensure proper fitment.
- OEM Height: 10.8" to 14.2"
- Lowered: 8.8" to 12.2"
Compatibility
- E46 M3 2001-2006
- E46 1999-2006
- Z4 2003-2008
Note: Before purchase, we recommend measuring from the upper to lower end link mounting tab to ensure proper fitment. End link size can depend on ride height and suspension components
How to Install, Adjust, and Set Pre-Load on your Billet Adjustable End Links
- Set your car to the desired ride height
- Position your sway bar to be parallel to the ground
- Hook up your end links
- With the end links installed, use the middle hex rod to make fine adjustments

*To get the perfect pre-load, have a friend do this process while you sit in the driver's seat, or use sandbags or other weights to add your weight in the driver's seat while you adjust the end links
