Description
Our new reinforcement for the E46 reinforces a weak point in the rear subframe — the rear differential mounting point. The factory differential mount on the E46 subframe is only supported on one side, creating a critical stress point during aggressive driving. Our reinforcement provides essential support to the rear diff mount, safeguarding your subframe from costly damage. Under hard driving conditions, especially in drift applications, the factory mount is prone to tearing due to excessive stress and load transfer. It is common for E36 and E46 diff bolts to snap, but once those are upgraded to heavy-duty units, that force gets transmitted to the rest of the subframe. We designed our reinforcement to really bulletproof the setup. Best paired with our 14mm front diff bolt upgrade and a set of fresh polyurethane or solid diff bushings, this reinforcement will give you the peace of mind to drive your E46 to the limit.
