E46 Trans Reinforcement plates. Used to reinforce the body where the transmission bracket mounts to prevent the nutcerts from tearing out of the body. 

• 0.104" Cold Rolled Mild Steel
• Raw finish, ready for welding or paint 
• Can be welded to the body or used as a sandwich plate
• Prevents deformation/cracking around the transmission mounting holes 
• Best used for high mileage chassis or high horsepower builds
