Powerflex Alum/Urethane Transmission Mounts - E36, E46, E9X, E34, E39, Z3, Z4

This is for the Track/Race Mount only. We use these on our B46 race cars and love them! They easily handle 450lb ft of torque. 

These Powerflex upgraded transmission mounts take the place of the pliable factory mounts and help prevent mis-shifts and clunky shifting performance. The super-soft stock mounts allow the transmission to move around too much - which then forces the shift linkage to be unstable. While not a total solution to prevent mis-shifts, a more robust set of transmission mounts is essential!

The Powerflex transmission mounts are more than just polyurethane poured into a mold - Powerflex has engineered these mounts to use CNC machined aluminum plates at the top and bottom with the urethane acting as a bushing in between. A lifetime warranty ensures years of benefits and enjoyment from an upgraded design.

Available in three performance grades depending on intended use: OE street (yellow), street performance (purple), and dedicated track (black). Street Performance and Track mounts should only be used with upgraded engine mounts (the stiffer the better). Stiffer mounts will increase noise and vibration which may make them unsuitable for regular street use.

Top tip: your factory mounts are often quite soft so don't assume you need the stiffest option. Each grade of Powerflex mount is stiffer than the factory mounts so you're getting an improved mount no matter which level you choose.

These mounts are the correct height, so no metal enforcer shim is required.
