E46 Front Sway Bar Mounting Reinforcement Kit

Laser Cut Steel plates provided with bolts for E46 front sway bar mounting point reinforcement. The bolts provided are M8x1.25mm Grade 12.9 and 30mm long to allow spacing down the sway bar in certain applications. 

We used to weld the studs in before shipping but have skipped that step and reduced the price since you have to weld these plates into the car anyway.

As used on all our E46 chassis builds including the B46 and Spec E46s. 

Fits E46 M3 and E46 non-M.

Cut and drill the old studs. Make the holes large enough to clear the bolt heads on the plate and  make sure the plate sits flush to the old sway bar mounting surface. Weld the bolts to the plate as shown and then place this plate and weld in around the edges.
