E46 Coupe Wide Body Fender Flares - Pre Face Lift non-M

As used on our B46 Race cars.

Designed in-house to meet our requirements when we needed something a little different than what was on the market. We did many CAD revisions followed by 3D printed prototypes to get these flares to look just right and match the body perfectly. These were designed for our B46 race cars to look great and be easy to install. They solve a number of fitment issues we had with other flares and allow for a larger tire fitment. 

• Fits E46 non-M pre 03/03 Coupe
• Meets up to to M3 front bumper 
• Matches contours of non-M rear bumper and side skirts

Manufactured from Thermoformed ABS plastic so they are durable and lightweight and take hits well on the racetrack. ABS also allows you to heat and form the fender slightly for your particular needs. We have started bonding these using 3M 08115 adhesive instead of riveting and so far they have held up great on the race track.

Flare contours are meant to match the factory bodylines on the 2001-2003 E46 325ci / 330ci Coupe and meet up to an M3 width front bumper (not "M3 style" bumpers which are too narrow by about an inch). We have set these up to fit over the rear 330ci bumper which we think looks better than the M3 rear bumper. You can cut the flare to meet up to the rear bumper instead if you run something different.

Tire size fitment depends on so many factors but we have fit the following on our B46 cars - the front is the limiting factor and is heavily camber dependent. The below sizes are with roughly 4.2 degrees front camber. The diameter of your front strut matters for how far the wheel can move in but we are running Ohlins TTX Pro dampers which is a larger diameter. 

• 18x10.5 ET32 Square with a 280/650 Yokohama Slick and 12mm front and 20mm rear spacers. 
• 18x10.5 ET22 Square with a 275/35/18 Bridgestone RE-71RS
• 18x10.5 ET25 with a Yokohama A052 295/30/18
• 18x11 with a 295/30/18 - Plan to do some work for this fitment. Fits pretty easily on the rear but sticks out a bit on the front. Depends on brand of strut and camber.

Can be combined with our E46 Chassis laser cut fill panel kit to make install easier. 

Also the BluMak3D E46 non-M to M3 Front Bumper Adapters can be very useful to mount the M3 bumper to your non-M crash bar.
